Privacy policy
What we collect
If you sign in (via Google or Discord): your email address, name, and profile picture, as provided by whichever you choose. You also choose a username.
Content you contribute: comments, suggested edits, new entries, uploaded images, and server listings you submit.
Activity on the site: XP, badges, favorites, and votes — this is what drives the leaderboard and your profile stats.
Standard technical logs: our hosting providers (Vercel and Supabase, see below) automatically log things like IP address and browser type for every request, the same way almost any website does. We don't use this for tracking or profiling — it's infrastructure-level logging, not something LeonidaDex itself collects into its own database.
What's public vs. private
Your username, display name, profile picture, role, XP/level, badges, comments, and contributions are visible to anyone on the site (that's the point of a leaderboard and edit history). Your email address is never displayed publicly anywhere on LeonidaDex.
Cookies
We use a cookie to keep you signed in between visits. That's it — no advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics or tracking scripts run on this site today.
Who we share it with
LeonidaDex runs on Supabase (database, sign-in, and image storage) and Vercel (hosting) — your data is stored on their infrastructure under their own privacy and security practices. Google and Discord are only involved to verify your identity when you sign in; whichever you choose, we don't receive anything from that account beyond your name, email, and profile picture. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else, and we don't run ads.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and contributions for as long as your account exists, so edit history and attribution stay accurate for other users.
Your choices
Want to know what we have on you, correct it, or have your account and data deleted? Join our Discord and reach out to a moderator or admin — we'll handle it directly.
Children's privacy
LeonidaDex isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
